In your PostNuke administration panel, in the Modules Section Regenerate your modules list, Initialize the pnGroups module and activate it. Upon activation, the initialization process will update the pnGroups table with all existing groups. On the "Groups" line, click on the "Hooks" link and activate the pnGroups hooks for the Groups module. The hooks for the Groups module will update the pnGroups table when you add or delete a group in your Groups module administration. The rest is explicit enough...
